Legally binding
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Tagile service. Tagile is a decision support service: it monitors, filters and summarizes information and suggests possible next steps. It does not make autonomous business decisions for you.
Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Effective from: 22 July 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between Tagile AB, org. no. 559467-5802 ("Tagile", "we", "us") and the customer entering into this agreement (the "Customer"). By creating a Workspace or using the Service, the Customer accepts these Terms. Tagile provides decision support for B2B teams; it is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
2. Definitions
Service means the cloud based SaaS platform, including AI features, that Tagile provides.
Customer Data means all information, text or other data that the Customer uploads to or connects to the Service.
Workspace means the Customer's dedicated digital environment within the Service.
User means an individual authorised by the Customer to use the Service, such as an employee or consultant.
Output means content generated specifically for the Customer through the Customer's use of the Service.
3. Accounts and workspaces
To use the Service, the Customer creates a Workspace. The Customer is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity within its Workspace. Licences may only be assigned to authorised employees or consultants of the Customer, and a licence may not be shared between individuals.
4. Licence and permitted use
Tagile grants the Customer a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service during the term of the agreement for the Customer's internal business purposes. The Customer may not resell, sublicense, copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service or its underlying models.
5. Subscription, pricing and payment
The Service is invoiced, or charged by card, in advance based on the selected subscription period (monthly or yearly). All prices are exclusive of VAT. Non payment after a written reminder may lead to suspension of the Customer's Workspace. Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance.
6. Term and termination
The agreement runs until further notice, or for the fixed term selected at purchase. Termination is made in the Service or by email before the next billing period begins. On termination, the subscription ends at the close of the current period.
7. Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock. Planned maintenance is, where possible, carried out outside office hours and announced in advance in the Service or on the status page. See the Service Levels page for more detail.
8. AI generated recommendations
The Service uses artificial intelligence to summarize information and suggest possible next steps. Tagile is a decision support tool: it does not make autonomous business decisions. AI generated drafts of messages or comments are not sent or published without a User's explicit approval, unless a future feature explicitly provides otherwise and is separately agreed with the Customer.
9. Human review and customer responsibility
Generative AI can produce inaccurate or misleading information. The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving all content generated by the Service before it is used or shared externally. Critical information should always be verified against the underlying sources before business decisions are made.
10. Third party services and integrations
The Customer may choose to connect the Service to third party systems (for example CRM systems or APIs). Tagile is not responsible for the function, availability or data handling of such external services, and the Customer's use of them is governed by the third party's own terms.
11. Customer data and customer responsibilities
The Customer warrants that it has the necessary rights to all Customer Data uploaded to or connected to the Service, and that its use of the Service complies with applicable law, including data protection law. Processing of personal data on the Customer's behalf is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
12. Intellectual property
Tagile owns all rights, including copyright, source code, trademarks and algorithms, related to the Service. The Customer owns its Customer Data and the Output generated specifically for the Customer through its use of the Service. Tagile makes no claim to the Customer's generated material.
13. Confidentiality
Each party undertakes not to disclose the other party's confidential information to third parties, and to use such information only to fulfil its obligations under this agreement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
14. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited when using the Service:
- using generated suggestions for automated mass communication, spam or unsolicited bulk sales messages;
- processing data that violates applicable law, infringes third party rights, or constitutes harassment, defamation or threats;
- attempting to bypass security controls, performing penetration tests without written approval, or overloading our infrastructure;
- building scripts or integrations that publish or send AI generated content automatically without review and approval by a person;
- copying, decompiling or extracting source code or underlying models from the Service.
15. Suspension
Tagile may suspend or terminate access to the Service with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms, including the acceptable use rules above, or where required to protect the security or integrity of the Service.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Tagile does not warrant that the Service, or information presented in it, is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. The Service is a support for the Customer's own judgement and does not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice.
17. Limitation of liability
Tagile is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. Tagile's total liability under this agreement is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the Customer to Tagile during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform an obligation under this agreement where the failure results from circumstances beyond the party's reasonable control, such as war, government action, widespread cyberattacks, natural disasters or industrial action.
19. Changes to the Terms
Tagile may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated to the Customer in advance, normally at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising out of this agreement shall be finally settled by Swedish general courts, with the District Court of Stockholm as first instance.
