General authorisation

Under the Data Processing Agreement, customers grant Tagile a general authorisation to engage subprocessors. Tagile imposes data protection obligations on each subprocessor and remains fully responsible for their performance.

How customers are informed of changes

We inform customers in writing (for example by email or in service notice) before adding or replacing a subprocessor, and we keep this page updated.

Objection process

Customers may object to a new subprocessor within 14 days of being notified. If an objection cannot be resolved, the parties will discuss the options in good faith, which may include termination of the affected part of the Service in accordance with the agreement.
