Privacy at Tagile

Privacy is a design principle at Tagile, not an afterthought. We consider data protection when we design features, choose providers and decide what data the product needs at all.

We aim to collect only the data that is needed to deliver the Service. Monitoring focuses on publicly available, professional information about the companies and people our customers choose to follow.

Customers decide what is monitored in their Workspace and can stop monitoring at any time. For data processed inside the Service, the customer is the controller and Tagile acts as processor under the DPA.

We keep personal data no longer than needed for its purpose, or as required by law. Monitoring data is deleted when the customer ends the monitoring or deletes its Workspace. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

AI is used to filter, rank and summarize information and to draft suggestions, always with a human deciding what happens next. Our aim is that customer data is not used to train public AI models. Read more on the Responsible AI page.

We aim to process data within the EU/EEA. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Per provider details are on the Subprocessors page.

Individuals have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure and objection. How to exercise them is described in the Privacy Policy.
